Although we understand that it's a lot of work, we've simplified our implementation to a three step process! Click each of the tabs below to learn more about what's involved with each step of the implementation process.

The first step involves the most work, but we've done our best to simplify this for you. First, download the forms and paperwork you'll need by clicking one of the buttons below.
- If your agency has their own switch (connection to the state), the click the "Stand Alone Documents" button.
- If your agency is connecting to the state through another agency, then click the "Run Behind Documents"
After you've filled out the forms, you'll upload them using the State Link Implementation Worksheet found at the bottom of this page.
After we receive your submission, we'll review the documents to make the next step as simple as possible.
After we've compiled all of your documentation, policies and other information, the next step is to reach out to State of Texas.
They will assign a CJIS Compliance Auditor, who will review conduct a thorough review of your Agency's compliance with the CJIS Security Policy. This is done to ensure that all parties involved with State Link Transactions have take the appropriate measures to safeguard that protected information.
After successfully passing your audit, the State will issue the credentials and information we'll need to establish your State Link connection.
With the credentials from the State of Texas, we'll be able to proceed with the implementation of your State Link connection in EFORCE.
We'll work in tandem with your Agency's IT department, to configure a secure connection between your agency's devices and the State's TLETS database. Once the connection is established, we'll conduct training with you on how to setup and manage your agency's user access to State Link, conduct audits of logs, and other administrative tasks in EFORCE.
We'll also provide training materials for you to use with your agency's personnel to ensure that they can operate this new functionality.
