We're sorry you're having issues!  We've found that a lot of calls to support can be fixed quicker on your end, if you try some simple fixes first.  Let's walk through these common issues, and see if we can get you back up and going.  Click below on the problem that sounds most like what you're experiencing.

I can't log in to EFORCE.

There are a few, easy to remedy solutions for why you can't log in.  This guide will walk you through a step-by-step process to figure out your issue, and what you can do to resolve it.

EFORCE is loading slowly, or having problems with the content on the page.

Sometimes, the information we're storing in your browser can conflict with newer features.  Let's try clearing your cache and cookies to get rid of that stored information.

I can't find the citation I just submitted.

Whether due to connectivity issues, or problems with a device, citations can seem to "disappear" after you submit them.  Luckily, we have a number of places along the way to "catch" any lost citations.
