Training Environment

Having a separate database for your agency's personnel to practice using EFORCE is a great way to ensure that your employees are trained well, without worrying about your live data.

This also makes a FANTASTIC way to reduce the headaches associated with changes to your system, such as updates and adding new features.  Using a training database as a staging environment allows you to apply to test drive changes before they're applied to your live environment.  This reduces employee stress and headaches associated with changes to your system.

Paid Feature Request

This option is a great way to develop your system into the custom tool you want, without having to pay for an entire suite of custom built software.  If you've got something you want to see in EFORCE, we'd love to spec out your design, and get you a quote on what it would take to build it.  We've found that most agencies are pleasantly surprised at how affordable custom feature development can be.

Of course, we also have our community feature request pool where you can submit ideas and vote on other's submissions.  We don't charge agencies for the work we do from this queue, but it could be a very long time to wait for these items, as we prioritize the paid feature requests.

Server Move

Is your agency spending too much time managing your on-premise server?  If so, perhaps you should consider a move to AWS GovCloud hosting environment.  There are a number of advantages to having EFORCE host your software, not the least of which are reducing your IT expenses and adding a geo-redundant backup to your system.
